We are looking for two experienced Project Managers for our pharmaceutical team who will take on the management of key client projects with the goal of delivering every project with the highest degree of quality, on time, within budget and scope at the same time secure incident and accident free deliverables.


  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation


  • Very good educational background, preferably in the fields of building or process engineering
  • Proven working experience in project management in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in pharma technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Danish)
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

In my daily work as OHS & Risk Manager for TESI at the Metro Cityring in Copenhagen I do have a lot of challenging and assignments that I am eager to solve for the benefit of all parties involved. I am fascinated of the diversity of the job. One day preforming audit at the different work sites talking with the teams to identify any issues preventing us from working safe, efficient and consistent with the quality. Next heading back to the office to do the documentation according to the proactive steps taking on-site to minimising the risks seen. I am happy and excited about the job, being a part of the team building something great for the inhabitants of Copenhagen additionally inspire the multi-cultural teams to align and perform the work in a safe and healthy way. These are my main goals of my assignment and I will not settle until these objectives are embedded deeply in the hard of the organisation.

Solvexis Consult Announces the Appointment of Jacob Knudgaard to Support The Growth Of Subsea Management Consultancy and Off- and In- Shore Operation

Solvexis Consult appointed Jacob Knudgaard to a newly created consultant position of Subsea Management Consultancy and Off- and In- Shore Operation. Jacob brings over 12 years of hands-on offshore subsea management consultancy and ROV supervision within renewable, oil & gas and maritime sector. His expertise includes planning, technical review and running underwater operations, design review to eliminate future ROV challenges within O&M (Operation and Maintenance), review of the visual survey materials (video editing), observer or client representative to subsea work, especially ROV and diving and highly competent ROV Senior Pilot and Technical Subsea Engineering combined with Technical and Operational Supervision at SEAEYE, SPERR, SUTECH and SUB ATLANTIC.

We are very pleased to announce, that we are now certified and ready to have our Hot Work Courses provided in English.  The certificate is valid in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland, where this course is required to commence hot work. The course will follow CFPA Europe education program and CFPA Guideline No. 12.
Our Hot Work Training Workshop consist of practical and theoretical instructor-led training session for up to 18 delegates. It provides all the essential safety information that people who undertake hot work, or are responsible for issuing Hot Work Permits, require.
The full day workshop contains both theory and practical elements. It is designed for:
  • Anyone responsible for issuing Hot Work Permits
  • Anyone who undertakes hot work on-site, including contractors
  • Anyone responsible for engaging contractors
  • Production and Maintenance Managers with operational responsibilities for hot work
  • Anyone responsible for Health & Safety

We support Clients to optimise their processes before commence work in Denmark

Solvexis Consult will shortly supported LAB, a company of the CNIM Group to perform a compulsory training campaign for before undertaking a project at the Nordforbrændingen in Denmark. The project is located north of Copenhagen. Solvexis was consulted and will be doing the compulsory working environmental training, the § 26 course for welders and support LAB within the legislation requirements during the project.The work will be initiated during week 34 and combine the competences of our legislation requirements with the operational skills in order to support LAB fully and make the project a success for all parties involved.
